Your Accent Decor shopping experience is important to us. To help ensure everything goes smoothly, please follow these steps when requesting support:
- Inspect your shipment right away. Keep all original packaging in case items need to be returned.
- Report any damages, defects, or discrepancies within 30 days of receipt by completing our claims form here.
- Because our products are handcrafted, variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Complete our return form here.
- All approved returns will be credited to your original payment method once received and processed.
Disclaimers
- A 30% restocking fee and return freight cost apply to non-defective returns or changes of mind.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with no price labels or markings.
- Merchandise must be in the same condition as received, unless otherwise directed by a support representative.
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and return freight charges.
- All sale items are final sale.
Backorders & Cancellations
Accent Decor works to keep every product in stock and ready to ship. If an item is unavailable, it will be automatically backordered and shipped once it’s back in stock.
- You won’t be charged for backordered items until they ship.
- Backorders under $75 or older than 6 months may be canceled at our discretion.
Cancelling Orders
- Please contact Customer Support to request cancellation of any pending order.
- Cancellations depend on the order status and may not be possible if the order has already been processed by our shipping team.
